As part of our comprehensive management of breast disease, Surgical Associates of Richmond is pleased to offer Stereotactic & Ultrasound Guided Mammotome Biopsy services at our Johnston-Willis office. After consultation with a surgeon at any of our locations, if biopsy is indicated, the appropriate biopsy technique(s) will be discussed with and scheduled for the patient. These biopsy techniques are well-established and well-tolerated, and allow for accurate, minimally invasive, outpatient diagnosis of mammographic and/or sonographic abnormalities.
